TCM Tubing Heads

The TCM Tubing Head is a wellhead component that provides a means to support and seal an intermediate tubing string. The upper section has a straight type bowl and a 45 degree load shoulder to support the tubing string. The lower section houses a secondary seal to isolate production casing string and provide a means to test the wellhead seals.

●  Bottom profile

1. BG (blank), accepts a wide variety of secondary seals

2. O-ring bottom, made to specific casing sizes

3. P-Seal bottom, made to specific casing sizes and must be energized by plastic packing

4. FS bottom (high pressure) made to specific casing size

●  Outlets

1. Female Threaded 2" LP (LPO) or EUE 8Rd

2. Side studded outlets (SSO) with internal VR prep

3. Extended flanged outlets (EFO) with internal VR prep

   Lock-down Pins

1. ET style pins eliminate exposed lock-down pin threads

2. Full set of pins to secure mandrel tubing hangers(suffix "L")
