The GL gate valve is a full-bore slab gate valve designed and manufactured in accordance with API 6A and NACE MR-01-75. It is available in standard double flanged, Studded, threaded-end and other special Outlet Connectors and Manual, Pneumatic and Hydraulic operated.
The greaseless gate valve can be widely used in the Fractured wellhead and manifold, etc.

Description

The GL gate valve is a full-bore slab gate valve designed and manufactured in accordance with API 6A and NACE MR-01-75. It is available in standard double flanged, Studded, threaded-end and other special Outlet Connectors and Manual, Pneumatic and Hydraulic operated.

The greaseless gate valve can be widely used in the Fractured wellhead and manifold, etc.

Structural Features

●  A ball screw mechanism and lower stem are incorporated into the LS-R gate valve to

   minimize the actuating torque.

●  The lower stem may be used to indicate the gate position.

●  Sealing at the gate-to-seat and the seat-to-body is metal-to-metal.

●  In addition to the metal-to-metal seal between the seat and valve body, two spring loaded,

   non-elastomeric lip-seals provide maximum protection against intrusion of particle contaminates

   into the valve cavity, improve gate and seat service life, prevent damage to the body-to-seat seal face,

   and improve valve performance at very low pressure.

●  One-piece seats and slab gate ensure reliable sealing and simplify field service.

●  Bi-directional seal technology applied for the gate and seat so as to extend service life.

●  The stem shoulder can be backseated against the bonnet to isolate valve cavity pressure,

   which makes it possible to replace valve stem sealing under pressure.

●  The grease fitting are located on the downstream side of the stem backseat for safety.

●  The seal between the valve body and bonnet is a pressure-energized gaskets

●  The stem packing is a pressure energized seal and can withstand severe temperatures and fluids.

    It is constructed of a non-elastomeric material that offers a low coefficient of friction.
