LC Type Gate Valves
The LC gate valve is a full-bore slab gate valve designed and manufactured in accordance with API 6A and NACE MR-01-75. It is available in standard double flanged, Studded, threaded-end and other special Outlet Connectors and Manual, Pneumatic and Hydraulic operated.
The LC gate valve can be widely used in the Christmas tree, choke and kill manifold, etc.



● Sealing at gate-to-seat, seat-to-body bushing and the body bushing-to-body is metal-to-metal.
● The stem shoulder can be backseated against the bonnet to isolate the stuffing box, which makes it possible to replace valve stem sealing under pressure.
● The grease fitting are located on the downstream side of the stem backseat for safety.
● Bi-directional seal technology applied for the gate and seat so as to extend service life.
● Reliable seal for the seat, gate and body bushing, and very easy to repair at well site.
● The seal between the valve body and bonnet is a pressure-energized gasket on 10,000 and 15,000 psi WP valves
● Non-rising design, and operation of valve doesn’t change pressure in valve cavity.
● Bore: 1-13/16"~4-1/16"
● Pressure Class: 2000PSI ~15,000PSI
● Material Class: AA ~ HH
● Temperature Class: L ~ V (-50℉~ 250℉)
